One of the more interesting treats I have come across here in the Czech Republic is this small cookie/treat called Happy Hippo. It is really a treat for little children it turns out. I didn't know that when I first tasted it 3 years ago. It has a thin wafer like crust, with a white coconut beard along the bottom. When you bite into it, it crunches to reveal a soft but thick white frosting like center. Very sweet and tasting of vanilla. It is good that it is small, since it is rich, but I am sure it regularly ruins a child's dinner time if eaten before a meal. I buy them regularly. +13 Yumm
