Crisp day today. I had some time this afternoon to sit in a café on Vinohradské for awhile and read some financial articles as I prepared for my evening lesson. As I sat there, I slowly enjoyed a glass of wine, and with many red trams rattling down Vinohradské, I worked to understand the workings of the European Central Bank. Go Figure ! ... and I think the wine helped!!
