Friday and 35 C !!!!!

This has been a cold crazy Spring. But the past week has been getting hotter and hotter with each passing day. The past weekend was the nicest since Last September the papers reported.

Today's Prague Monitor headlines:
Prague temperatures highest in 82 years

Prague, June 10 (CTK) - The heat wave in Prague, Ceske Budejovice, south Bohemia, and Ostrava, north Moravia, yesterday beat the 82-year record with 33.3 degrees Centigrade measured in Prague, the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute (HMU) said.

The hot weather is supposed to last until Friday. The weekend is expected to be considerably cooler. These record temperatures were recorded by 47 weather measuring stations throughout the Czech Republic.

and Today, 35 C or 95 F!! Hard to enjoy the outside when it is that hot. Thanks goodness for the trees of Prague and their shade.

But I guess this also means: Ice Cream!!
