Power Outage yet again today

So around 9:15am this morning, I am sitting in my café having a capiccino and reading when the cafe and the passage it is in went totally dark... interesting. Within 5 minutes the staff had little candles out on all the tables, but there was no way to get any further coffee without power. Turns out, Power went out of all of Prague 1 this morning and stayed off for over an hour. That is an amazingly long time. I have decided, since this has now happened twice...that I will take the stairs. Why? since the elevators here only hold at most 2 to 4 people at a time, there is no way I wish to get stuck in one of them for ANY length of time...
