Svařák is hot spiced wine that "comes" out at this time of year.. made from either red or white wine, spiced with cloves and cinnamon, spiced orange bits and a slice of lemon and served hot with two packets of sugar to lighten the taste and make it go down even more easily; Great on a cold afternoon or evening, and enjoyed (by me, many times) at my favorite café.
