This Villa, as they are called, is about three blocks away from my flat in Smichov, Prague 5. It is adjacent to a large park I found last weekend as I explored more of my neighborhood. The architecture here of houses and of most buildings is so different from the US, and is always fascinating, and all housing costs are hugely more expensive here per square meter than in the US.
