These are two of the latest Vehicles used by the Městská(City)Police here in Prague. You will recognize the Hummer, but the other Tricycle is new to me; and to many others since there were many people milling about looking at this strange contraption. It is certainly high tech, with lots of blue lights and looks like it would be very stable on these cobblestone streets. Whether it would be used in pursuit or just as a parking or traffic infraction vehicle is unknown. I have seen it around, and it carries two officers. Usually a male officer driving and a female officer giving him directions and telling him to slow down and where to turn.
