I was sad to find out that this Monday's issue of the Czech Business Weekly was the final issue, and this publication was the last remaining Prague-based, English-language business periodical available here. This Journal started in 2003, after the failure of the Prague Business Journal, effectly replacing that failed Journal.
I have been reading the Czech Business Weekly, almost every week for most of my time here in Prague. At 59 czk it was a great deal. I found it well written, and filled with timely and up to date articles on what was going on in the Czech Republic and in the EU from a business and financial perspective. I will really miss this journal. It has been a mainstay of my "professional" life here in Prague.
