Festival Food






Always alot of Meat available at Czech Festivals as you can see; Klobasi and thick slices of Prague Ham. A vendor selling cheeses; A special Central European type of Cheese as well, very salty, smokey and flavorful that are roasted over charcoal and skewered with a toothpick and finally a hearty Slovak meal called Halusky; bits of thick bacon, saurkraut, cheese and a type of Gnocchi, all heated together; good and very filling and perfect on a cold Autumn day. Then of course, there is the Hot wine.. how could I forget that. ;-)
