A United States Air Force B-52H bomber lands at Ostrava-Mošnov airport

"Mošnov, North Moravia, Sept 15 (CTK) - A U.S. Air Force B-52H Stratofortress strategic bomber landed Wednesday at the Leos Janacek airport in Ostrava-Mosnov. It will be one of the biggest attractions of the weekend NATO Days show".

"The aircraft is on the territory of Central Europe for the first time ever. It was closest to the area in Moscow and Berlin.The B-52H flew in from the Barksdale air base in the U.S. state of Louisiana."

V Ostravě ve středu odpoledne přistál americký strategický bombardér B-52 Stratofortress z 93. bombardovací squadrony USAF. Je jedním z lákadel Dnů NATO v Ostravě, které začínají ve čtvrtek a potrvají do neděle. O víkendu budou součástí Dnů NATO i letové ukázky. Osmimotorový bombardér B-52 je vůbec poprvé nejen v Česku, ale i na území střední Evropy.
